Sole and Angela of Novasa homes were excellent and patient. First, they helped me navigate my new construction home purchase (sight unseen!) while I was living overseas. They truly represented my equities throughout the process, made sure I took advantage of what resources or options were available to me, and had great recommendations on hand for contractors after the purchase was complete. After a couple of years in that home, they helped me put my home back on the market when I needed to move after a divorce. Although it didn’t sell at first for reasons outside of their and the market’s control, they helped me find a renter. When the renter pushed the boundaries of his lease, they reinforced the requirements with him, and gave me sound advice about handling the situation to resolution. We were finally able to sell it this year because they priced it right - despite other homes being on the market right next to my house (which still haven’t sold) - and it sold in less than a month, even in this crappy market. They were very kind and professional throughout all of these separate transactions, and clearly understood the local housing market in the DC/VA area. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the area, especially if you’re posted overseas needing help from afar!
