We first met Angela while moving across country on short notice. She was incredibly helpful and even went on apartment tours for us while taking videos for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and neighborhoods which really helped our move. She helped us find an amazing rental, so of course we signed on with her when we decided to make the jump into homeownership. Angela and Sole were amazing throughout the whole process, even helping us figure out our shifting priorities for a first family home. Angela even watched our toddler so we could focus on the homes we toured. Our toddler still insists on sleeping every night with the stuffed cat “Miss Angela” gave her. They helped us find an amazing home and navigated us through the bidding process, nailing the final price we ended up paying after a bidding war in their very first estimate. Their knowledge of the local market and their ability to so accurately put a value on the homes we looked at, while explaining the nuances of the bidding process, really helped us avoid over priced places and find a great home.
